Age of consent
By purchasing products from Furry Badger you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area or community. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, Furry Badger is not obliged to accept your order.
Contract Formation
Orders made through Furry Badger are subject to acceptance and availability. Furry Badger may choose at any time to cancel your order.
No contract will officially exist between yourself and Furry Badger until your parcel has been despatched.
Furry Badger provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.
Your credit card is charged in the name of “Nochex” when paying with Nochex with a reference number giving no indication of the nature of your purchase. When paying with PayPal, “PayPal” will be displayed with a reference number again giving no indication of the nature of your purchase.
Data Protection
Furry Badger is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent.
Privacy Policy
We may use personal information to provide the services you’ve requested. We will only use this information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services, it is never sold or passed on without consent.
Our site allows you to opt out of receiving communications from us when we request your information. Also if you want to opt out at a later point, you can do so by emailing us.
We use cookies and other technologies only where required for our shopping technology to work. Your personal information will never be stored in any cookies generated by our systems.
Delivery Security
You will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when the postman calls, don’t worry!
You will be left with a card with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Your parcel will be kept for 7 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.
If you would like us to re send your order we will regretably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
Discount offers and Voucher Codes
Furry Badger has the right to end offers at any time.
In the instance that a customer has two or more discount codes they should use the code for the greater amount as discount offers and voucher codes can not be added together.

- Goods or packaging of goods may differ slightly to those displayed on the website.
- Furry Badger cannot be held responsible for errors or interruption on the website.

- All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Furry Badger within 3 days of the delivery date.
- All packages returned to us undelivered will be subject to an additional charge before being re-shipped.

No quibble returns policy
- Furry Badger will honour any reasonable returns policy you may have in place for your customers, but as a general guideline:
Faulty goods - send the item back to us with a note stating the problem, and the order reference number for the original purchase. We will exchange the item for you, or credit your account if this is not possible.
- Unwanted goods - Furry Badger do not operate a 'sale or return' policy. Any credit for goods returned to us as unwanted will be less a 25% restocking charge, subject to the following conditions:
- The goods must be unused
- The goods must be in their original condition & packaging
- The goods must be received by us within 14 days from the day you receive your order
- Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable. N.B. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable
Acceptance of terms and conditions
Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date of which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
